Welcome to the Hot Keyword Agent boot camp!

My name is Chris Egan, and I want to thank you for checking out the Hot Keyword Agent software, which I made for people like you and me, who want to find quickly Keywords that are Hot, this Keyword Tool finds the Hottest Searched for Keywords updated every minute, every hour, every day. The Keywords that you need if you want to have create profitable online marketing campaigns.

I made the software to take out the trial and error from Keyword Research and Affiliate Marketing, and to save time from the repetitive processes involved in Keyword Research.

Orientation

When you install the software and run it, you will see the main Hot Keyword Agent screen.



First in the menu bar at the top of the software you see the following three menu headers - File, Stealth Options, Analyze Options.



When you click on File, the following sub menu options are available - Export to CSV, Import from CSV and Exit.



Hopefully those options are self explanatory. The Hot Keyword Agent allows you to save your Keyword Research Projects by clicking on Export to CSV. You can also Import from CSV a previously saved project and then can continue to work with the data. The final option is to Exit the software.

The next item in the menu bar is Stealth Options, when you click this a form opens to show you the Stealth activity. The Hot Keyword Agent finds Proxy IP addresses to use to ensure Search Engines do not give you a temporary IP ban for searching too many
times from the same IP address.



This form includes the options to Download IP's,this would download a refreshed list of possible Proxy IP addresses.

The Slider Bar is used to determines what response time is acceptible (1 - 3 seconds would give the best results) ... this is the delay that will happen when you use the proxy address in the Hot Keyword Agent when compared to using your actual IP address.

You can Stop All Scanning processes (Scanning processes means checking if the proxy address is live, and if it responds in the time you set with the Slider Bar), or Start Scanning if you had previously stopped it. You can also Change IP Now. The next option on the form is to Hide It by clicking Hide Me. Below this you can set how often to Change the IP (Change IP Frequency). You can also set the software up to Download IP's at startup, and from how many sources. The Hot Keyword Agent will stop searching while this form is in focus. So after reviewing the form, please Hide it.

Next in the menu bar is Analyze Options, clicking on this item opens the Analyze Options form. Here you can set the option to Show Daily Search Results and Show Competition results when you click Analyze. You can also set the Geo Targeted Area - which will determine what Google Adwords data is returned, if you want to know the available Clicks and Cost Per Click for a particular country, select it, or leave set to All Countries and Territories. Analyze Options also allows you to Update Database files.



Leaving the boxes unchecked provides faster results when analyzing keywords, as each keyword needs to be checked one by one for the Daily Searches and Competition data.

When Show Monthly Search Results is checked, Analyze will return the number of Monthly Searches made for each Keyword. When Show Competition is checked, Analyze will return the number of pages found for the Keyword in the Google database.

Note: You can use the Right Click context menu to Get Monthly Searches and Get Competition data for any highlighted keyword.

To ensure you get the most accurate estimates we have added the option to select which country to check Google Adwords data from with the Geo Targeted Area feature. Select any country in the drop down menu, and when the Hot Keyword Agent searches for the Adwords data, it will check for that particular country.

The Hot Keyword Agent installs with local database files for the Clickbank Product data, however these are only used as backup for when Clickbank's live data feeds are not available. We recommend to periodically Update Database which downloads and installs new local database files to your Hot Keyword Agent installation.

Below the menu bar, next you see a Search drop down box. You can enter a seed Keyword, lets say you want to find keywords releated to Cat, enter cat, and click RETURN on your keyboard or Click Search ... The software stores the searched for seed keywords in the drop down box. You can also enter a web page address (this must include "http://" before the web url in order to search the web page for keywords.



If you enter a seed keyword the Hot Keyword Agent will go out and search for up to 100 related keywords to the seed Keyword you enter. If you enter a url the Hot Keyword Agent will return up to 200 keywords found on the web page.

Next is the Hot Keywords button, when you click this the Hot Keyword Agent will search for the hottest searched for Keywords on the internet today!.

Next is the Hot @ Amazon button, clicking this will search for the Hottest Products sold through Amazon.com - this search returns approximately 190 products.

The next button is Hot @ Clickbank. When you click this the Hot Keyword Agent searches over 30,000 products to find the top selling products on Clickbank based on their Gravity.

The next button is Hot @ Ebay. When clickted the Hot Keyword Agent searches across the top Ebay Categories to find the top selling items in Ebay.

The next button is Hot @ Twitter. The Hot Keyword Agent will find the top keywords from the Twitter website.

The Hot Keyword Agent provides Google Adwords data with your search results, the Adwords data returned depends of course on the data you provide. For example you can enter your Daily Budget, and Adwords will estimate the number of clicks and cost per click based on that Daily Budget.

You can also enter the Target CPC (Cost Per Click), this is the maximum amount you would like to pay per click.

Did you know? Some Keywords will cost you one amount per click, but another marketer may pay a different amount. There are various factors that affect the Cost Per Click. These include the web page that the Adwords click will be directed to, the quality of the adwords ad text, and the relevance. It also includes the Daily Budget, and Target CPC, as well as your account history with Google.



If you want to know the Google Adwords maximum number of clicks available, leave the Daily Budget and Target CPC empty. Leaving Target CPC empty will also give the maximum estimated cost per click for keywords.

Note: If you want to find High Paying Adsense keywords, then leave the Target CPC blank.

Stealth Mode (On|Off).

If set to On, when the Hot Keyword Agent is Analyzing a list of keywords it will rotate proxy IP addresses to help ensure that you do not recieve a temporary IP ban from the search engines.

The next buttons are at the bottom of the Hot Keyword Agent interface. These are Check All, Uncheck All, Remove Checked, Remove Unchecked, Analyze and Clear Results.

Check All will add a tick in the check box to All Keywords.

Uncheck All will remove any ticks from the check box.

Remove Checked would delete any checked keywords.

Remove Unchecked would delete any keywords that do not have a tick in the checkbox.

Analyze will perform the Analysis for the Keywords that are checked. The analysis includes searching for the highest ranking Clickbank product related to the Keyword based on $ Comission and Gravity.

Clear Results will delete all keywords from the Hot Keyword Agent.

When you run Analzye two additional buttons are shown Pause and Stop. Pause will pause the Analysis and when clicked the button text changes to Start which if clicked allows you to continue Analyzing. Stop will end the Analyze process.

Finally there are a number of Right Click context menu options. The work on the highlighted keyword.

Copy Keyword (adds the Keyword to the search box)
Narrow Search (removes other keywords and searches for related keywords to the keyword highlighted)
Widen Search (adds more keywords to the list using the highlighted keyword as the seed)

Get Daily Searches (returns the no of searches for the highlighted keyword)
Get Competition (returns the number of pages listed in Google for the highlighted keyword)

Edit Affiliate Product (allows you to edit the Affiliate Product details returned in the Analyze) If clicked an Edit Clickbank Product form will show in which you can change a product details including the Commission amount, Gravity, Referred %, URL and Product Name.



You can also Copy a product and then Paste it to replace the Clickbank Product shown for other Keyword Results.

Clickbank Pitch Page (if clicked opens your browser and hows you the Pitch page for the Clickbank product for he highlighted keyword).
Google Search (this opens your browser and shows the oogle Search results for the highlighted keyword)
Google Insights (this opens your browser and shows the Google Insights results for the highlighted keyword)
Blog Search (shows the blogs listed in Google related to your highlighted keyword)
Clickbank Search (checks the Clickbank marketplace for Affiliate products related to the highlighted keyword).
Ezine Article Search (searches Ezine Articles for any articles related to your keyword).
Amazon Search (opens your browser and searches for products sold on Amazon.com related to the keyword).
Domain Search (checks available domains at Godaddy related to the keyword).
Squidoo Search (checks for existing Squidoo Lenses related to the highlighted keyword).
